Stayed here a number of times as it’s cheap and clean. I’m a platinum Accor member so I’m entitled to perks like free breakfast, welcome drink etc. I booked 2 nights and got my welcome drink. Made a separate booking for an extra night on the Accor App. The management refused to give me another welcome drink even though I was entitled and Accor called the hotel to give me a voucher. I don’t drink so never use the vouchers, but it’s the principle. They upset a loyal customer for maybe 100 baht. Awful management and a receptionist “Dream” so rude.

Receptionist and housekeeper so perfect

Everything is perfect since reservation till departure. K.Guitar is flexible and really understand what I need, housekeeper is so fast deliver after I called to request at night. Receptionist so friendly, they are very sharp but still flexible. The girl who check out me is very nice, she has good attitude mindset and very fast service and smile all the times even she’s so busy :) here is beyond my expectation, i will definitely return and tell my friend to stay here as good location but not suit for customer who have car as in Soi 4 very busy and traffic at night. However if you wanna tray local food and night life, here you are :)

The quite hotel in a busy district, have what do you expect from the Ibis style hotel. During my entire vacation here, 7 days, I was very impress from the entire staff at the reception desk. Any questions and informations requested, found a good answer. Mr. Guitar and Mr. Artie, and Mrs. Sara are simply helpfull. From the welcome to the last minuts , this made my holiday more easy and Happy. The hotel lobby, the room, the lift, the bar, the parking site, are all clean and peace full. Certainly the best hotel in the area. Well done! Marco from Italy.

Very Bad Hotel and Strick Regulation , Weird too , Only can 2 person , cant bring Childreen always ask me only 2 person ??? at another accor hotel i never treat like this !!! very disappointed and waisting my money expensive rate for this kind of hotel . Staff not welcome always interogation only stay for 2 ??? and location of the hotel is prostitution , damn location , very ichi, hotel pillow is black many dot2 , and bed allready not comfort , smelly coridor and room . hotel always do quick to charged credit card becare full dont booking 1 month before the price will drop and even i have medical condition they can return my money to my bank account because my credit card allready close they only want refund to credit card ( my bank allready close ) not flexible and dont have kindheart , Prostitution Are , Very Bad and not Comfortable !!! i never come back again , like a night mare stay at this hotel!!!

This hotel is perfectly located for markets and a western mall within 2-3 minutes walk. There are the cheap massage places, hairdressers and a mall with upmarket brands. It’s right in the train station so easy to get anywhere. The pool is big and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Perfect all round for a BKK stay.
